Paytm sent me a soundbox device and I rejected the delivery of the soundbox over the phone call and told him to take it back to paytm but somehow the soundbox got linked to my account and they are simply deducting rental charges of 125 Rs per month inspite of not using it which clearly shows its a scam. I have been talking to customer care of Paytm from past 60 days with no solution. Please insist paytm to deactivate my soundbox immediately and refund me the charges of 125 as they are wrongly charged . Take immediate action. If u need any further details please get in touch with me over the mail. I am happy to provide all the necessary information. I am really fed up of this worst customer service of paytm and mental agony I m facing from past 2 months
