This is regarding my paytm case id
# 101547669 where paytm is refraining from refunding the credit to my paytm wallet .They are not even investigating the issue and simply ignoring it. I am waiting for this payment from 4th December.
To givega backgrounf of the refund, this is for items that i had ordered from third party shopping site called as www.wish.comand
The amount was paid via my Paytm wallet. Details below
