Respected sir
I am user of paytm account from long time, but suddenly two months back paytm has blocked my account , after that I have tried contacting them send multiple mails to them but they are unblocking my account and when I asked to transfer funds to my account or in other paytm they refuses for that. They are keep asking me for my kyc and my father kyc.
While creating my account I only submitted my details and with reference to that I already forwarded my documents but they still want my father kyc which makes no sense as paytm don’t have father details at time of registration . So how they can verify it from my father docs.
So kindly please check and help me resolving this issue.
