This is regarding purchase of my Dell laptop ( Order – 7645884889) from Paytm. I got the delivery on 18 March and found that product has very slow processing speed is getting heated up quickly so was not satisfied with it so placed a return request.
After placing the request Paytm support asked some snaps of the product i have them that then when i followed up on my return request they further asked me to get i touch with the dell service centre and get a job sheet. I was like disappointed but still i coordinated with dell service centre and they remotely checked my system and gave me a email confirmation of the issues faced and also raised a complaint ticket no i shared all these mails from dell support to Paytm. Then they said they are working on my return. Next day on following up again they asked me to visit the dell store physically and get manual job sheet with company seal on it. As my money is on stake i went to store and asked them if i can get any such job sheet they said there is no such job sheet which they provide i got the same on mail from them and shared with paytm. Now today again on following up they came back sayin they need a remote diagnosis report from dell. Nowi am totally harassed and frustrated with there reluctance in accepting this return product and releasing my money. Hence have no other option than to file a complaint against Paytm
