PayTM has not been accepting KYC requests from over a month now. I tried to contact the customer care cell several times. But all they provide is recorded messages. Moreover, they refunded my cashback because my KYC hasn’t been done. They just reply with a message that their systems are being upgraded and hence they’re not accepting any new KYC requests. If this is the case, then the company is at fault and the customer should be allowed to make hassle-free transactions.
