This is regarding 2 movie tickets which I had booked through the Paytm app. I had applied promo code VMOVIE through which I was entitled to 170 RS cashback. During the transaction after I applied the promo code I got a clear notification that I would receive 170 RS cash back once the transaction was completed. I completed the payment however no cashbcashwas received. On contacting paytm they said no promo code had been applied to the above transaction and they could do nothing about it. A clear case of fraudulent transaction. When the promo code has been applied successfully at my end how can they refute the same?
