Dear Sir / Madam, I have made a payment thru my paytm app to wrong mobile no which is no more active but still registered with paytm. When I tried to contact that gentlemen, he seems to illetrate and not ready to listen my conversation. So I told paytm to refund amount by filling the indemnity form sent by them. But they are not ready to transfer instead they are telling to take this legally. I don’t know when the amount is still lying in paytm wallet and no more active. What is their problem to refund the money. Pl intervene and support.
