Text of Complaint by Kritika:

I am very disappointed from paytm, using this application from past 5 years but this june 2021 they have got a refund of mine that too on an account that i closed, they have accepted the payment there, ideally should have gone back to the website i made a purchase from but that did not happen and now that money is being seized by them and they are denting me of my money a sum of rs 2100, they have asked me details my bank statement and the paytm transaction mail, as well as the ebill of my mobile number which gives the proof that the number belongs to me, but no, they are still denying and asking me a sim activation proof signed and stamped by airtel which airtel doesn’t provide, and neither does any other telecom, now on this they have seized my money and on top of that they disconnect my calls on ivr call and dismiss me on  paytm care. The ivr person is apparently working from home and feeding his crying infant on call, highly unprofessional and I can’t believe this work culture has degraded ao much, and there is open thefts by the paytm company itself.

 

They hav especially asked for proof of ownership, which i gave by giving them the bill, but now they are delaying it by asking me sim activation proof.
