a person he had taken money from me amount 5100/-, he message me on whatsapp and calling also now he has blocked me and i unable to contact him by neither contact number or not address of person, He is account on telegram link ashttps://t.me/PAYTAMDUBBLING or whatsapp no. +91 90243 18548 and he disclosing fraud message’s and getting money by saying he will give double money. and after he denied to refund the money, and i unable to find him , we could not find details of person who have account in telegram. But still he is online on whatsapp or show telegram channel plz help me out??
