Hello Sir/Ma’am,

I have sent this payment from my paytm wallet to Veerendra Yadav’s wallet.
Problem: But the payment is not received yet by Mr.Veerendra Yadav.
I have personally checked his paytm passbook. He is an illiterate grocery seller and he is not able to take any action from his end. Please help.

The paytm customer care keeps telling me that the payment is successful but he is constantly complaining to me that he has not received it.
I have spoken to 10-15 different customer care executives and have received no resolution.

Please tell me where the payment disappeared ? if he has received it then tell me how to claim it as it is not visible in his paytm account.

I’ve been struggling for the last 2 months for this payment and have wasted enough time with your customer service, please resolve the matter asap.
