PayTm just deducted ~3200rs from my merchant account. When asked they replied that the they charged the amount as MDR from December to now. There were technical issues on their side. But there were no mention of MDR before this month. And how can they suddenly charge a decent amount for past transactions? We were not notified about it before. After receiving the payment we got to know about the past MDR. And there is no breakup about the past MDR charges. There is no breakup about the 3200 rs which is literally vanished in thin air.
