Hi,

My paytm merchant account was deactivated today on grounds of improper/unfair usage. When I contacted customer care to get details on unfair transaction, the executive did not give me any definite answer and asked me to use paytm mechant with 1.99% transactional fee for a few months and wait for converison to no charge merchant account.

I need to understand on what grounds my account was deactivated.
