On 2nd July a unintentional payment of rupees 5000 was made through paytm wallet and was mistakenly sent to a wrong merchant. Within 5 mins of the transaction I made a call to paytm customer service to raise a concern, they asked me to contact the merchant and provided me with a number, that phone number does not exist and the merchant is not replying on the paytm app (obviously) . The paytm people are turning deaf ears, kindly kindly help me with this problem, thank you.
