PAYTM MALL COMPLAINT
i HAD BOOKED ORDER FOR PANTS IN PAYTM MALL ORDER NUMBER 12655350127 FOR PANT OF SIZE 3XL , THE ORDER DELIVERED HAD TWO TAGS ONE WAS STITCHED TO THE PANT WHICH WAS SIZE LARGE AND A TAG WHICH WAS MANUALLY ATTACHED MENTIONING SIZE 3XL . THE PANT DELIVERED HAS WAIST SIZE 36 INCHES WHICH MATCHES WITH THE TAG LARGE STITCHED TO THE PANTS . THE ORDER HAD PROVISION OF CANCELLATION , SO I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED THE ORDER AS THE PANTS WERE NOT AS REQUIRED . FIRST I GOT A RESPONSE FROM PAYTM THE PANTS WILL BE COLLECTED AND THEN REFUND WILL BE GIVEN . SECOND RESPONSE CAME THAT MY REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION IS BEING REJECTED AS THE ORDER IS DAMAGED . AFTER WHICH I REPEATEDLY REVERTED TO PAYTM IN THEIR APP , TICKET NUMBER 182723394, 182769749182869476 BUT NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE
I AM ABLE TO CONNECT WITH ANY CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL NOR THERE EMAIL ID care@paytm.com is being monitored as i got reply to my mail that MENTIONED PAYTM CARE email is invalid and i got failure notice . i have attached phot of the tag mismatch . i have asked for refund , need response from PAYTM
