I have ordered Puma Jacket instead of that, I have received Puma sweatshirt on 6th Dec. I submitted return request on the same day and nobody is accepting my return request.I have sent request multiple times. But no action has been taken at Paytm Mall end.It’s been around 20 days. Very disappointed.
I want refund and return of the product.
Do the needful.
