I had order a product from paytm mall and got different product I had to return they informed as per Rbi guidelines money can only transferred back to my account through NEFT I had submitted my details long back I was told I shall be receiving money by 30th October but Iam yet to receive my money back the customer service worst I had ever seen they didn’t respond to our messages didn’t connect our calls
