Hi, recently I made a purchase of Sony headphone at paytm mall and received the product in used state.
Provided necessary details/photos of product for return.
Now paytm won’t respond to any of my messages not sure what does “24*7” suppot mean.
Henceforth I have decided to share my concern at consumer forum & also advise others to avaoid using paytm mall & get cheated.
