1. Paytm mall seller denied return and there is no way to contact Paytm customer service. It is worst customer service
2. My order id is 13581321631
3. This is fraud. My product is different as shown in image. As i wrote in return description also. It has a rod which is nowhere in photos. I wanted a return but it was denied
4. Boiling drinking  water by rod is harmful  for health
5. I want compensation for the money loss, mental frustration and for manufacturers breach of duty of care.
