Hi.. this is barinder singh walia. I recently placed order on paytm mall on 23-9-17 with order id 38564493595. Of nikon d3400. Yesterday when i received the product camera bag i got is of very cheap quality and duplicate. The bag nikon is giving with d3400 is “lowepro tahaoe BP 150NE” worth Rs.4990. I have attached a picture of screenshot from nikon official app. I have called and emailed customer service, but they are saying they cant help. Customer care is so so bad, all they are taught is talk rudely and tell customers they dont have any solution to their problems. Paytm is doing daylight robberies and should be banned in india and case should be filed against them for looting people.
