A mosaic lamp worth Rs 799 was bought from paytm mall which was found broken and immediately returned on 21st November through paytm’s own return policy. Since then, the due date of refund was supposed to be 28th November when I called their customer complaints, a recorded voice said. Post 28th November, the date changed to 4th december and the customer complaints is unreachable. Despite registering complaint on their website, they did not reply. It keeps saying that the refund is in process on the website. Please help
