I have bought a product using paytm mall for the order number mentioned. I have sent almost 10-15 messages using paytm App raising a request for return but no one has ever respond to those messages nor have contacted me yet. It been more then 10 days now. I haven’t got the refund as well.

I am being HARASED by Paytm now. I’ll file a case for HARASSMENT as paytm is not listening to my issues. Very very very poor services and will also aware people not to use this services any more.
