I had found a super attractive deal on Paytm Mall on 7th oct 2018 “Samsung Twin Cooling 571 L Side By Side Refrigerator (RS51K56H02A, Mirror Black) Mrp. 130000.00, after 81% discount offer price was 25000.00 + Rs. 2500.00 cash back + 1 year extended warranty.
This is our festival time. It’s really very hard time to buy any other big things rather than buying new dress for family member’s.
After consulting with my family member’s we had decided that this year we consider to buy this Refrigerator with help of our festival budgets.
I had made the payment online and get order confirmation as well as payment confirmation.
Paytm mall displayed: Order placed 7th oct, Dispatch due 9th oct, Expected delivery 11th oct.
10th oct afternoon again i got a message from paytm mall
“Your order has been cancelled ”
The seller Classic Electronic System was unable to fulfill your order and hence your order was cancelled.
The total refund of INR 25000.00 has been initiated immediately to your source account upon cancellation of your order.
You can always re order the same product from another seller on paytm mall so that the new order can be delivered to you on priority. ”
I search such product with another sellers on paytm mall and i found the price has been increased to Rs. 99600.00 and above which beyond my budget.
I asked several time to paytm mall helpline that I’m not accepting the cancellation and arrange the same product on same price but paytm mall refused my request.
I cached an offer and made full payment to buy that, then how they do cancel my order?
A big festival offer, big big cash back offer, just all are eye washing practice of such E-commerce site? They are not spoiling our festival? I’m unable to bring happiness to my family who sacrificed new clothes for this offer.
I need justice , i need that product along with all offers and also need compensation for killing our festival and happiness
