respected sir; my paytm account number is 9000067073

I was ordered a bag(450rs) from paytm mall on 2 may 2018 due to delay i cancelled that order .order number is 5082318610. For my request they cancelled my order and their app showing money refunded to your debit card.but I’m not received money.

When I called to the customer care of paytm mall several times they is no response from their side and the important thing is I vasted my 30rs balance for phone call

After 2 days I got a phone call from paytm mall they told to me you are balance already sent to your account just go to your bank and ask them

Here the bank asking whenever refund done by paytm mall reference number will be generated

But paytm mall not provided  any reference number

And I have complaint number on paytm mall is 64623889

Please Sir I need a justice
