Hi I ordered couple of kitchen appliances from Paytm , but the website does nit have complete details of products like ither inline platforms, the gas hob I ordered is nit compatible fir my kitchen, there is difference of a small ‘a’ et the end of the model number that will fit me.the app highlights , order cancellation available and return and replacement allowed for 7 days. But I tried to return the product, in the detailed terms and condition it mentions that return is not allowed only replacement is allowed that to subject to Paytm discretion. There literraly no customer care, bit chat and call have bots and it is just a audio translation of the status provided on app. Funny part the chat aks about type of issue, when you select the category return and replacement, it says ‘ read return and replacement policy carefully’ that’s thier resolution of customer query. This us aheer fraud I. The name of hidden terms and conditions.
