I have Ordered Titan watch with 1745rs/- on 20.11.18. i received sonata watch on 24.11.18.So, i requested return option in paytm app. But i received a message 1134 rs/- will be returned to my account. remaining amount 611rs/- is in paytm mall wallet in part of their cash back offer. i contacted customer care executive to refund full amount in my account. what can i do
