Hello,

I purchased a laptop from Paytm mall and it was having a vertical line in the display when turning on for the first time. I raised a return request saying that the product has an issue. They asked me to send photos of complete product and packages. I sent everything. Then they asked me to get job sheet from service centre. I went to service centre. They checked the invoice and said that one digit in the serial number is having mismatch between laptop and invoice. It was day 6 from the date of delivery. They said that within 7 days only, they can provide job sheet for defective products. I informed the same to mall customer care. They said that since the serial number is not matching, they can provide replacement for the product and informed me not to get the job sheet.

 

Today I have crossed the timeline for getting job sheet and Paytm mall customer care has simply rejected the return request also without any proper reason or communication.

I’m asking for the revised invoice. They are not at all responding to any of queries now. Kindly advice me how to take an legal action on Paytm mall.

 

They are merely sending defective products with wrong serial number in invoice and simply rejecting the return request also. Worst ever experience with Paytm mall.
