I had ordered a HP 180TX laptop worth almost 45k on 12th June which had 2 offers as per the product page, one 5k paytm cash back 2nd 2500 cash back from ICICI Bank when used ICICI credit card for transaction.
Now the it’s been around 5months and there is no update on the cash back.
I tried reaching paytm customer care many times and it never passes to any agent, also tried writing in many forrums/blogs and what not but no response received ever. Currently my number is blocked to raise any complaints for no reason and there is no possible way to contact them to get any details on this issue.
