I ordered a bike through Paytm mall that too from the showroom itself upon discussion with the hero showroom sales people. They convinced me to pay through Paytm mall so that I will getting cashback and coupons. The order which I spent was 72500, the consumer(that is hero showroom) received was 70400. There is almost 2100 differences, which I have lost. I requested the showroom to cancel the order so that I can get my money back. They are saying that we can’t cancel the order now and telling me to reach out to Paytm mall. As there is no customer care numbers to reach out to an agent and explain the issue. It always redirects me to the help article.
