We have ordered SAMSUNG A30S mobile via Paytm Mall & instead of actual product an old ,dead JIO phone has been delivered to us dated 12 June 2020.We took immediate action & complaint on customer care number of PAYTM but no revert & action from them.
Invoice , Pics of the product is attached FYR.
WE NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION ON OUR COMPLIANT & REFUND OF OUR MONEY.
KINDLY HELP IN FRAUD DONE WITH US.
