Recently I got a call from Paytm Mall Lucky Draw Department named Nitin Kumar Singh from Jyoti Complex,Goregoan Mumbai & Convinced me that for my recent order of Bluetooth I won Tata Nexon Car worth Rs.6,50,000/- or you can take the prize money in my bank account.
I know it was a fraud call & i directly called to paytm customer care & they told that IT IS FRAUD CALL & NO SUCH LOTTERY DECLARED BY PAYTM MALL.

My Haunting Question is how they know that i have ordered Bluetooth from Paytm mall ?

I got a similar fraud call yesterday with the same id proofs. He was acting as amazon sales & promotion executive was giving me a free iPhone. I have a full voice & video recording of the conversation. Someone is misusing the Id of this guy.
The complaint raised was on September 17, 2019 & its 6 months now today (15 march 2020) & IT cell has been not been able to trace him as I got call yesterday & fraudster is still using the same ids to do fraud.
