This is regarding purchase on PAYTM mall. I got a call from 9062391558. She told me u hv selected for one gift item like iPhone8 plus,LG refrigerator, led TV,.

u have to purchase product min amount of 4000 from paytm or PAYTM mall. I have shared my items before purchasing, for matching purposes. Then she told me u call hv been diverted to our ac cell, they vl assist u how to make payment.

Now the dispatch team asking for payment of 9500 more to release my product.the customer care team also denying that we hv not get any order, when I am refusing to pay 9500 n ask for return d whole amount. Dispatch team no is 9062392462. The person’s name abhishek agarwal. He is demanding 9500 to pay or else u won’t help u in this regard.

The no 9062391558 is showing as paytm mall Kolkata n the amount of 4578/- went to 8697459621.. n no showing switched off . When trying out of range or switched off..

after making payment he told me u vl get a cash back of 50% of ur purchase amount 4578 I. e. 2289.within 1 to 24 hrs on ur wallet. She told me u have to pay a delivery charges of 428.. at the time of delivery.

Again she told me u vl get a call from dispatching team on 24 thAug. 2018. When I am going to my order section there is no order placed shown. When I am going to my wallet there is a transaction of 4578 done.
