Myself Zakir Kachchhi From Nagpur Maharashtra India. I ordered a product named Magideal 9.5mm SATA to SATA 2nd HDD Hard Drive Caddy at Paytm Mall on 25th October 2018. My order no. is 6369645531. My problem is that I wont receive the product but Paytm said the product was delivered also they deduct Rs. 473 from my Paytm wallet. Also I did not get any call from Paytm related to my order deleivery. Neither the delivery man call me nor contacted me. I generated support ticket but they wont respond, neither they receive call nor they show me the proof. I am totally harassed from Paytm. They looted my 473 Rs. Kindly help me as Paytm wont resolve my problem.
