I have ordered morphy richards 52L otg microwave oven 52 rc-ss from paytm with order id 12580221826 by paying amount of Rs 15090/- on 09-01-2021 which was delivered on 18-01-2021. and immediately after opening the package i have found the product was delivered damaged immediately i have requested for return by uploading the images of damaged product and it showed the return pickup will be initiated by the courier partner . and i have waited for 3 to 4 days as there were no call from the courier partner nor paytm have raised the issue from application with query ref no 181569383 on 24/01/2021 is still open but the product return request has been cancelled and there is no way to contact them.
