I had made a train ticket booking of rs 360 on 8th April 2019 via booking id 7900741589 and that particuler booking was got failed due to any error but in between payment got debited from my account. Today on 14th and till the time no refund got credited in my account, if I am calling to paytm care than they are telling false story of refunded immediately to my bank ICICI, but they are cheater enough that they are not providing any statement of refund to me. But forcibly and unknowingly close my complaint logged on Paytm.
Today they are telling different thing that I have to wait till 7 days but today is 7th day already.
