I did my credit card bill payment on 8th april,23 which PayTM said will be received by bank within 2 days unlike other apps which do it instantly. Yet after 4 days and lengthy explanatory calls with 9 customer care executives the money has not yet received by bank on 12th april,23.
In these 2 days I’ve been sent a link 5 times which shows a white blank screen even after uninstalling-reinstalling the app, Updating the app Even updating my iOS . I’ve been told on 11th April that ill receive a call from the paytm senior customer care executive within 24 hours but the time ahs passed and hasn’t received any call yet.
There has been a chain of different commitments made to me none of which was fulfilled by a company which I supposed was very responsible.
I am not the guy who tend to make complaints but this has gone out of my hands so bad there is nothing I know to make it right again. meanwhile my bank account has been blocked by my bank, I’ve lost 2 of my vendors and a lot of business and a lot of time & energy trying to explain my issue to various customer care executives make it right but nothing is even half way working.
