My patym kyc isn’t getting updated. When i try it shows something went wrong. I contacted customer care about it. I was told it would fixed in the next update of the app but ut wasn’t. I filed another complaint via email to them but haven’t received any reply regarding it. I have money stuck in my paytm wallet and it can’t be transferred back to my bank account.
