When i visited a shop today to complete the paytm KYC process,i was charged for Rs.30.I asked him that its absolutely a free service as mentioned in the paytm website but he argued by saying that he have given his time by making his other customers wait and so on.
At last i was fed up and was forced to pay the money.He was not even frightened when i told that i can complain about you.
Dont u’ll think these people must be strictly warned or just pay my cash back…..
