Sir,
This is Pankaj Kumar from bulandshahr. I went for my paytm kyc on 21/09/2018 around 4 pm on a centre located on DM road Bulandshahr next to Hotel rajdarbar.
Initially he didn’t inform me anything but after doing my kyc he ask me to pay rupees 30 for doing my kyc. I told him that it’s free but he told me that he doesn’t care about anything and it is his right to charge. He has one goon also with him and I have to pay him just to avoid violence.
He have many certificates of paytm in his shop.
Kindly look into the matter as I have a very unusual and unpleasant experience with paytm today.
