Hi Sir,
I recently visited the Paytm KYC center for KYC verification.Please these KYC centers are specified on the Paytm application as per the area where I lived.
I want to file complaint against Paytm and also against KYC center for the following reason.
When I visited the KYC center they are money for KYC verification. However the Paytm application does not specify any thing that some amount of money is to be paid to KYC centers.
Following are the KYC center which asked for money – 1) AV communication, shop No 44,Panchsheel Square Mall, Crossing Republik,Ghaziabad.2) Mobile Tempered Glasses, Shop No 39,Orbit Plaza, Crossing Republik,Ghaziabad
I request for action either against Paytm or against the above mentioned KYC centers
