Hello,
I have ordered a product in Paytm mall (order ID 6746196984). As per the item description, there should 2 items). But they delivered only one, means incomplete product has been sent. I’ve called customer care and informed they said it was their mistake, and asked for return of the product. I did.
After few days I’ ve ordered a product from the same seller. This time also they sent incomplete product. I’ve complained customer care and asked why are they encouraging this kind of fraud seller. Paytm customer care simply saying sorry for the inconvenience and again requesting for the return of the product.Even after multiple complaints they have not removed that particular seller( Malik Hosiery).
Not sure why reputed sites like Paytm mall encouraging this kind of fraud.
My only concern is to take some proper step against the seller and Paytm mall to not encourage this type of seller.
