Paytm team is not responding to its customer, like me regarding KYC. An appointment was fixed by Paytm team to visit my address for KYC but they never turned up and no proper response for the same. I have even visited to their authorized outlet as well but they are saying some technical issue from Paytm side. There is no response from paytm side. Paytm is good for nothing if they can not help to their customers. I tried all possibilities and felt trapped by Paytm.
