I’m Bhattu Bhavani I am using paytm since 3 years. I have created fixed deposit of 8000/- rupees in my account.Recently I have changed my device with out logging out the paytm. After installation of the app in new device my account is unable to login… On July 23rd i have raised a complaint against my issue… The customer executive said that Merge issue has occurred and asked the required documents and details.. i have submitted all the documents which is asked by them. But till now there is no update about the issue. Repeatedly they are saying in 48 hours we will solve…but it’s already being 29 days and my issue is not solved and didn’t get my 8000/- fixed deposit credited in paytm payment Bank account. In other UPI app paytm payment bank is added but in the paytm app the account is not adding… So please help me with the problem I’m facing and getting my amount back.
