I have booked a flight from Srinagar to Bhubaneswar in Air India AI822 & AI473 on 30th dec2019 having PNR YFZQ3 through PAYTM with booking Id 9776128023.
Flight got cancelled by Airline due to bad weather and they confirmed me full refund with there official stamp in my ticket.
Later Airline has given confirmation of full refund to PAYTM.
PAYTM is not refunding my amount after lots of call and email follow up. I have raised complaint ref#159951618 and it is already 100 day crossed with no resolution.
Request to take it forward and took necessary action so that I will get my money back at the earliest.
