With reference to above subject I booked the bus ticket as –
From Udaipur to Pune (PNR 106092809) for date 28 Dec 2019 (Sat)
I wanted to cancel the ticket but cancellation amount was showing 50% whereas in paytm ticket mail and cancellation policy it was showing 90% refund. When I contacted paytm customer care he told me to go ahead and cancel the ticket with 50% refund. I denied and spoke to higher escalation dept, the guy also accepted the mistake and said I will get 90% refund. Screenshots been already shared with paytm which shows Rs 1575 (per seat refund) and spoke to them 5 times. I just got only 10% refund. Customer care speak rude or didnt understand the problem. Attached proof also.
