Text of Complaint by Manju Gopinath:

I booked a ticket from BLR to CNN (Booking ID 17604029654) which was cancelled by the operator Indigo, and a full refund was processed from Indigo to Paytm.

Paytm has processed only partial refund of 1990 of the total cost of 5539.

The pending amount of 3549 is not being released by Paytm to the Customer. I have raised multiple queries on the support portal but no one is providing an accurate response. I have written to paytm customer support email and to grievance email but have not received a sufficient response.

It is the duty of paytm to cater to customers and provide timely refund. Paytm are simply holding on to the money of the customer and creating financial and emotional stress.
