There are several un authorized transactions are happening on my FastTag from past 2 moths. I have been requesting to payTM to block or deactivate my FastTag immediately to prevent this un authenticated amount deduction but payTM or FastTag both are not closing my account and continuing to happens this crime.
I raised several transactions as disputed transactions but payTM is simply closing my requests with out resolving them.
I understand that payTM is in capable to prevent un authorized transactions but at least close my FastTag so that payTM customer will not loose credibility on PayTM. But there is no such thing happen from payTM side.
Would you be able to help me on this to close my FastTag? Or could you please direct me right point of contact who can resolve this?
