My friend Ms Komal Verma wrongly credited amount of Rs 4452/- on 4th june through UPI. She called for transaction roll back through her bank i.e. Standard Chartered. Since my account in which this amount was credited was paytm savings account , I got a call from paytm asking to submit the equivalent amount so that the lien marked on my account can be removed and the amount can be recovered back. I deposited the amount as asked on 1st Aug. and got the mail from paytm that the amount has been recovered and the lien marked is removed and I can continue using my account. Now my concern is that its been 3 months since and still this amount hasnt been credited back to komal i.e the beneficiary. She keepts on asking me and I have no answer for her.
I dont understand whats taking these guys to transfer the amount back to her account when the amount is already recovered in August only.
Please help me on this issue. I am suffering for past 3 months and nobody is responding with a solution to my request at paytm.
