The paytm company has cheated me, I ordered the redmi Y3 mobile phone, which I had paid of₹ 11199 which was delivered on 04/06/19, Package condition was very bad at the time of delivery, and mobile phone is missing. I had inform to related this.
I was asked to upload the snapshots in six side of packet condition, I upload all types but after 72 hours my request was rejected by them.when I complaint again to there team.but I haven’t received any help from paytm customer support team because as according to investigated team.
Investigated this for all ends and regret to inform you ,we will not to able to provide refund to you.our finding indicate that the courier partner delivered the product correctly to you.
So I request kindly investigate your own level and help me related this issue.
