Dear mam / sir
I pay 301 for food from Paytm on irctc food offers but I cannot get food . Because my train getting late and The rasturant owner telling that their rasturant has been closed so please apply for refund . I also try for it on Paytm but I can’t get any information.
Now I want file case against Paytm or Irctc for my refund .
