Regarding Paytm postpaid, i have limit of 16000rs only.
I utilised 15900+ (below 16000) amount.
Initially it was showing outstanding as 30000. I raised this concern and now it is showing 23000+ amount. I messaged them and no response.
They are harassing me a lot and they will send incorrect data to CIBIL.
They never responded to my chat. They don’t have proper process to resolve this kind of issues. Please take strict action against them.
